Gordoné Cosmetics ships to all 50 U.S States, P.O Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses. All orders in the U.S are shipped via USPS or Canada Post.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and after payment has been confirmed. Weekend orders will be processed within the following business day.
All orders received on Friday after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day. NO orders are processed on Weekends!
US Shipping Policy
If the tracking history of the package states that it has been "delivered" it does not qualified for any refunds. If your order is returned due to insufficient or wrong address, you are responsible for original shipping & handling fee and 30% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your order.
We are not responsible for any items damaged during shipping transit and we will not accept damaged items for return. Customers must file a claim with USPS.
We ship worldwide by using USPS Standard International or USPS Priority International Service.
International Shipping Policy
All delivery times above are estimates only. For international orders, it may take 3-14 more business days. International Standard Service does not provide tracking information. We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides tracking information in order to ensure a fast and secure delivery of your merchandise.
Only International USPS Priority Service provide tracking information.
Risk of loss, damage and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to USPS. Damaged items delivered through international shipping methods will not be replaced or refunded.

CANCELING & MODIFYING ORDERS
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping bag. Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order status will be "processing". Your order is then sent to our system, entering the shipping process almost immediately. The only time that you may cancel or modify your order is during the processing stage.
